This guarantee is valid for one service per customer throughout the lifetime of their account. Refunds can be processed as credit in U.S. Dollars or refunded back to the PayPal account or credit/debit card used for the purchase. Credit refunds are applied instantly, while PayPal or credit/debit card refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.
Beyond the seven-day guarantee, mid-service cancellation does not guarantee any refund. Nodecraft may assign credit at its discretion, analyzed on a case-by-case basis. In case of downtime, outage, or system failure, customers may be eligible for a partial credit refund or extension of service time if the failure extends for more than an hour.
